Financial Statements

Though known publically as “The Pearson Foundation,” our name is, more fully, The Pearson Charitable Foundation.

It is under this name, and with the tax ID number 11-3690722, that each year we complete and file IRS Form 990. This form is required to be submitted each year by non-profits, including independent 501c3 organizations like us.

Once submitted, an organization’s IRS Form 990 is a public document, available for public inspection.
